Congratulations

I want to take two minutes to congratulate you on the excellent customer service your service department offer's. In the last year my ford 350 has been in your service department twice and in the month of September it was in for three week's and each and everyday I phoned asking question's about our 350 wondering what was going on and how come and when . But the gentleman who took care of our file was Mr. Andre Arseneault and this poor man talked to me on a daily basis and not once did he ever raise his voice nor did he lose patience with me he was always happy and pleasant to speak to , he went out of his way to find us a truck while our 350 was being repaired to go get our boat and bring it home . Each and every time I phoned he had a way of picking up my sprit with his positive attitude and friendly approche... He was a man of his word and he went above and beyond excellence clientele service .
You are a very lucky man to have Mr . Areseneault working for you he makes your clients feel comfortable as if we have know him our whole life , he even introduced me to the man who eas fixing our motor to rreasure us our truck was in good hand's .
I for one will make it a point to tell people about the excellent service Montmorency ford give's it clients and for now on I will not go anywhere else but Monmorency Ford ...
